Ingredients
- 1 oz tequila (preferably Tequila Cabeza)
- 3/4 oz Suze
- 1/2 oz Cardamaro
- 1/2 oz malic acid solution
- 1/2 oz rosé syrup
- 1/2 oz aquafaba
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing tin and shake without ice.
- Add ice and shake again quickly.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
