Ingredients

  • 2 oz pisco
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Garnish: Angostura bitters

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
  2. Dry-shake vigorously (without ice).
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled Nick & Nora glass or a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with 3 to 5 drops of Angostura bitters and swirl into a simple design if desired.
