Autumn Harvest Sour
A delightful blend of Cognac, Calvados, and fruity liqueurs, the Autumn Harvest Sour captures the essence of the fall season.
Ingredients
- 1/8 cup Cognac (such as Camus VS)
- 1/8 cup Calvados (apple brandy)
- 1 tablespoon Cointreau or other orange liqueur
- 1 tablespoon pear liqueur (such as Rothman and Winter or Mathilde)
- 2 1/4 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1 dash of Angostura bitters
- Ice cubes
- 1 lime slice
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the Cognac, Calvados, orange liqueur, pear liqueur, fresh lime juice, and Angostura bitters.
- Add ice to the shaker.
- Cover the shaker and shake vigorously for about 20 times.
- Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
- Float a lime slice on top of the cocktail.
