Ingredients
- Ice
- 1/4 lime (cut into 2 wedges)
- 3 oz tequila (preferably reposado)
- 1/2 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec
- 1/4 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 8 oz berry kombucha (chilled)
Instructions
- If desired, pour kosher salt onto a plate for the salted rim. Use a lime wedge to moisten the rim of a tall cocktail glass, then press the wet rim into the salt. Fill the glass with ice.
- If you prefer not to salt the rim, squeeze 1 lime wedge into the glass.
- Add the tequila and Cointreau or Triple Sec to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker is chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the ice-filled glass.
- Top off the glass with berry kombucha.
- Garnish with an additional lime wedge and serve immediately.
