A creamy and flavorful twist on traditional eggnog, this cocktail is a delightful holiday treat without the use of raw eggs.
Ingredients
- 3/8 cup 2% milk
- 1/8 cup heavy cream (or 35% cream)
- 1/2 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk (or more to taste)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Cognac
- A pinch of ground nutmeg (plus more for serving)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until well combined, then chill the mixture in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Prior to serving, add the Cognac (if desired) and blend again to create a frothy texture.
- Pour a 1/2 cup serving into a glass and spoon some froth on top.
- Sprinkle a bit of nutmeg on top of each glass.
- Best enjoyed when chilled.
