Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 crushed Mint Oreos, for rimming cups
  • 2 tablespoons Fudge sauce, for rimming cups and garnish
  • 4 1/2 large scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons Baileys
  • 1 oz. whiskey
  • 3 whole Mint Oreos
  • 10 drops green food coloring
  • 1 tsp. peppermint extract
  • Whipped cream, for serving
  • Maraschino cherry, for serving

Instructions

  1. Spread the crushed Oreos onto a small plate.
  2. Rim a glass with chocolate fudge and dip it into the crushed Oreos.
  3. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, Baileys, whiskey, Mint Oreos, green food coloring, and peppermint extract.
  4. Blend the mixture until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour the shake into the prepared glass.
  6. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with fudge sauce.
  7. Finish by adding a maraschino cherry.
