Ingredients
- 1-2 cups strong brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup high-quality chocolate (semi-sweet or dark)
- Christmas sprinkles (for rim and topping)
- 1 oz peppermint schnapps
- 1/2 oz Kahlua
- Milk of choice
- Canned whipped cream
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of coffee using your preferred method.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second increments, stirring in between until fully melted.
- Dip the rim of your mug into the melted chocolate and then into Christmas sprinkles, and scoop the remaining chocolate into the bottom of the mug. Set the mug aside.
- Fill the mug 3/4 full with hot coffee, stirring to melt and mix in the chocolate.
- Add 1 oz of peppermint schnapps and 1/2 oz of Kahlua to the mug and stir.
- Top the mug with milk.
- Finish by adding whipped cream and sprinkles to the top of the drink.
