Ingredients
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 1 oz Bourbon (Old Fitzgerald 12 year)
- 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cup Whole Milk
- Cocoa for garnish
Instructions
- Crack the egg and separate the yolk into a mixing bowl.
- Beat the egg yolk until it becomes thick and creamy.
- Add the sugar to the beaten egg yolk and mix well.
