Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 0.50 oz of bourbon
  • 3-4 oz of cold brew iced coffee
  • 1 packet of Truvia or 1 tsp of sugar
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Cocoa powder, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Allow the ice cream to sit at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. In a blender, combine the iced coffee, bourbon, and Truvia or sugar. Blend briefly.
  3. Add the softened ice cream to the blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a serving glass.
  5. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle cocoa powder.
