Ingredients
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 0.50 oz of bourbon
- 3-4 oz of cold brew iced coffee
- 1 packet of Truvia or 1 tsp of sugar
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Cocoa powder, for garnish
Instructions
- Allow the ice cream to sit at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.
- In a blender, combine the iced coffee, bourbon, and Truvia or sugar. Blend briefly.
- Add the softened ice cream to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a serving glass.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle cocoa powder.
