Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Vodka
  • 2 ounces Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/2 ounce Agave
  • 2 ounces Sparkling Grapefruit Soda Water
  • Kosher Salt
  • Grapefruit Wedges

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle kosher salt on a small plate, then rim a low ball glass with a grapefruit wedge and press it onto the salt to coat the rim.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice, then add vodka, fresh grapefruit juice, and agave. Shake vigorously until well combined.
