Ingredients

- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.70 oz simple syrup (1:1 granulated sugar and water)
- 1 to 1.50 cups cracked or crushed ice cubes
- Maraschino cherries and syrup, preferably Luxardo, for serving

- Combine the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a sealed container and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, for at least 4 hours or overnight.
