Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 oz Puerto Rican rum (Don Q añejo)
  • cinnamon sugar for garnish
  • 1 cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the coconut milk, cream of coconut, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir the mixture until well combined.
  3. Add the Puerto Rican rum and stir again.
  4. Strain the liquid using a fine mesh strainer to remove any clumps of cinnamon or nutmeg.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
  6. To serve, garnish the glass with a rim of cinnamon sugar and a cinnamon stick.
