Flamingo Shakerato
A beachy twist on the Milanese classic aperitivo, the Flamingo Shakerato is a refreshing blend of Campari, Galliano l'Autentico, cachaça, lime oleo saccharum, lime juice, and a touch of absinthe.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Campari
- 1/3 oz Galliano l'Autentico
- 1/2 oz cachaça (preferably Germana Soul)
- 1/3 oz lime oleo saccharum
- 1/3 oz lime juice
- 2 dashes absinthe (preferably La Fée Parisienne)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake until chilled then strain into the other tin.
- Discard the ice then dry shake without ice to fully combine.
- Fine-strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
- Garnish with a bamboo leaf.
