Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup (or simple syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 oz vodka (or light rum)
  • 1/4 oz Blue Curacao
  • 1/4 oz cream of coconut

Instructions
