  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Rosemary Sprig

  • 2 tsp Sugar Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • Ice (Cubed)
  • Garnish: Rosemary
  • Glass: Coupe
