Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 3/4 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz eggnog
  • 1/3 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • Grated chocolate and additional chocolate syrup for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened ice cream, vodka, eggnog, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate syrup, instant coffee granules, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Rim a glass by dipping it upside down first in chocolate syrup and then in grated chocolate.
  4. Pour the prepared drink mixture into the rimmed glass.
  5. Garnish with additional chocolate syrup and serve immediately.
