Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (or half + half)
  • 3 1/2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Irish whiskey (such as Jameson)
  • 3/4 tsp chocolate syrup
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tsp instant coffee granules

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the coffee granules in a little whiskey before adding to the blender to ensure better dissolution.
  2. In a blender, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, Irish whiskey, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and instant coffee.
  3. Blend the mixture on low/medium for 20 to 30 seconds.
  4. Store the Irish Cream in a tightly sealed glass container in the refrigerator.
  5. Shake well before serving.
