Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon sweetened shredded coconut (for garnish)
- 3/4 cup ice
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon vodka (or light rum)
- 1 tablespoon Blue Curacao
- 1 tablespoon cream of coconut
