Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened shredded coconut (for garnish)
  • 3/4 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon vodka (or light rum)
  • 1 tablespoon Blue Curacao
  • 1 tablespoon cream of coconut
