Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup liquid coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp homemade Dairy-Free Keto Condensed Milk or Keto Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder or 1/2 tsp unsweetened vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup white rum
  • Optional: liquid Stevia to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dairy-Free Keto Condensed Milk or Keto Condensed Milk and set aside.
  2. Place all the ingredients into a blender or use an immersion blender: coconut milk, coconut cream, keto condensed milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, and white rum. Process until smooth and frothy. Add a few drops of stevia to taste, if desired.
  3. Pour the mixture into a glass and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until cold. Serve with ice if you don't have time to chill.
  4. Enjoy or store in the fridge for up to 4 days. If the coquito gets too thick in the fridge, gently reheat until melted and stir to combine.
