Ingredients

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and roughly chopped (plus a slice for garnish)
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 3/4 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 Tbsp honey or agave
  • 2 oz. blanco tequila
  • Soda water, for topping
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the kiwis, mint, lime juice, and honey or agave. Blend until a smooth puree is formed.
  2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour in the tequila and kiwi mixture.
  3. Shake well and strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Top off with soda water and garnish with a kiwi slice.
