Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Almond Milk (Cashew and coconut milk will work as well.)
  • 1 tablespoon Allulose (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Cinnamon (For dusting)
  • Cinnamon Stick (garnish)
  • 1.50 oz Spiced Rum (or whisky, brandy, or alcohol of choice)
  • Low Carb Whipped Cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a blender.
