Ingredients
- 2 oz brandy
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz maple simple syrup
- 1/2 oz pasteurized egg white
- 1 Honey Crisp apple, roughly 1/8 inch thin slice
- Bourbon (enough to coat the apple slice)
- Maple syrup (enough to coat the apple slice)
- Tupperware with lid
- Shaker with strainer
Instructions
- Place the apple slice in a Tupperware container just big enough to hold it and coat it in bourbon and maple syrup. Let it sit for a minimum of an hour or overnight.
- Combine brandy, lemon juice, maple simple syrup, and egg whites in the shaker.
- Shake for 15 seconds, add ice, and shake for another 10 seconds.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Lay the bourbon-marinated apple slice on top, then drink and enjoy!
