Ingredients
- 1.50 oz Appleton Estate 8 Year Old Reserve rum
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 oz Brut Champagne
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 oz Simple syrup
- 0.50 oz Fresh lime juice
- Lime peel to garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add the mint leaves, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Gently muddle the ingredients, then add ice to the shaker.
