Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp mint extract
  • 1/2 drop green food coloring (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup (AMERICAN HERITAGE(r) brand recommended)
  • 1/2 cup strong coffee
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Combine sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, mint extract, and green food coloring (if used).
  2. Spoon the chocolate syrup into an 8-ounce glass.
  3. Slowly pour the mint milk/cream mixture over the chocolate syrup.
  4. Pour the coffee slowly over the milk using the back of a spoon.
  5. Add a dollop of whipped cream.
