A rich and creamy frozen blended cocktail with peach, coconut, and rum, topped with a hint of spice and a boozy dark rum float.
Ingredients
- 1.50 oz white rum
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 0.50 oz simple syrup
- 1 ripe peach, pitted and cubed
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 0.25 oz dark rum (optional)
- Ground cinnamon for garnish
- 1 cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions
- In a resealable container, combine white rum, coconut cream, simple syrup, peaches, and Angostura bitters. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or up to overnight.
- Transfer the rum mixture to a blender and add 1.5 cups of ice.
- Blend at high speed until well mixed and thick, about 45 seconds.
- Pour the blended cocktail into a highball glass.
- If desired, top the cocktail with the optional dark rum.
- Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
