Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka (vanilla vodka can be used)
- 1 oz Kahlua (or coffee liquor)
- 1.50 oz fresh brewed espresso (cooled, or strong cold brew coffee)
- 1 oz half & half (or Nutpods/Califia Farms Peppermint Mocha creamer for dairy-free)
- 1/8 tsp peppermint extract
- Chocolate syrup
- 1 candy cane (crushed)
- 3 espresso beans
Instructions
- Coat the rim of a martini glass with chocolate syrup, then dip it in the crushed candy cane.
- Fill a shaker halfway with ice.
- Add the vodka, Kahlua, espresso, half & half, and peppermint extract to the shaker.
- Shake well for 60 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
- Garnish with 3 espresso beans. Cheers!
