Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka (vanilla vodka can be used)
  • 1 oz Kahlua (or coffee liquor)
  • 1.50 oz fresh brewed espresso (cooled, or strong cold brew coffee)
  • 1 oz half & half (or Nutpods/Califia Farms Peppermint Mocha creamer for dairy-free)
  • 1/8 tsp peppermint extract
  • Chocolate syrup
  • 1 candy cane (crushed)
  • 3 espresso beans

Instructions

  1. Coat the rim of a martini glass with chocolate syrup, then dip it in the crushed candy cane.
  2. Fill a shaker halfway with ice.
  3. Add the vodka, Kahlua, espresso, half & half, and peppermint extract to the shaker.
  4. Shake well for 60 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
  6. Garnish with 3 espresso beans. Cheers!
