Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp pineapple essence
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon extract
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg extract
  • 2 tbsp rum

Instructions

  1. Crack the egg into a bowl and remove the eye of the egg.
  2. Use a hand mixer to beat the egg on high speed for 3-5 minutes until light and frothy.
  3. Mix in the condensed milk, evaporated milk, grated nutmeg, pineapple essence, and cinnamon and nutmeg extracts, continuing to mix for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the rum.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture until chilled.
