Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Pistachio liqueur
  • 2 oz. Vodka
  • 1.50 oz. White chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz. Chopped white chocolate
  • 1 oz. Chopped pistachios
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave.
  2. Finely chop the pistachios.
  3. Add the melted chocolate and chopped pistachios to two small, shallow dishes.
  4. Dip the rim of a martini glass in the melted chocolate, then coat it with the chopped pistachios. Set the glasses aside.
