Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Rye Whiskey (e.g., Dickel)
  • 0.50 oz Raspberry Liqueur (e.g., Chambord)
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.50 oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Egg Whites
  • 2 oz Soda Water
  • 3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine Rye Whiskey, Raspberry Liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg whites in a shaker tin. Dry shake.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake once again.
  3. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled halfway with ice.
  4. Top with soda water.
  5. Add three dashes of Peychaud's Bitters to the top of the cocktail and garnish with a lemon peel.
