Ingredients

2 oz dark rum (Duppy Share or Mount Gay recommended)
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp Cointreau (or Triple Sec)
1/2 tsp sugar syrup
2 raspberries (frozen ones are fine)
Extra raspberries to garnish
Lemon peel to garnish

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, combine the dark rum, lemon juice, Cointreau, sugar syrup, and raspberries with plenty of ice.
Shake vigorously to muddle the raspberries and strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
Garnish with extra raspberries or a twist of lemon peel and serve with a straw.
