Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup orange juice (chilled, fresh squeezed or store bought with pulp)
  • 2 tbsp fresh or frozen strawberries (with green tops removed)
  • 6 oz champagne (chilled, Brut, Cava, or dry Prosecco)

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, puree the strawberries with a splash of orange juice until smooth.
  2. Pour the strawberry mixture into a champagne flute.
  3. Tilt the glass and fill it about 3/4 full with champagne.
  4. Top with the remaining orange juice.
  5. Alternatively, you can blend the strawberries and orange juice together, mix with champagne, and serve.
