  • 8 oz high-quality orange juice
  • 6 oz Prosecco (or champagne)
  • 1 oz grenadine

Instructions

  1. Chill the orange juice and Prosecco or champagne.
  2. Slowly pour the Prosecco into a champagne flute or wine glass until it's about 2/3 to 3/4 full.
  3. Top with orange juice until the glass is full, without stirring.
  4. Add a splash of grenadine.
