Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 1/2 oz dark rum
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz mango juice (or mango puree)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp grenadine
  • 1/2 oz blue curacao
  • 1 pineapple slice
  • 1 maraschino cherry
  • 1 pineapple palm leaf

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice to the top.
  2. Pour 1 1/2 oz. of dark rum into the glass.
  3. Add pineapple juice, followed by mango juice.
  4. Mix in grenadine.
  5. Finally, pour the blue curacao last.
  6. Garnish with a pineapple slice, a cherry, and a palm leaf from the head of a pineapple.
