Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pineapple peel
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 2 cups mineral water
Instructions
- Place the chopped pineapple peel, brown sugar, cinnamon stick, and cloves in a large jar.
- Pour in the mineral water, then seal the jar tightly.
- Shake the jar to mix the ingredients well, then leave it at room temperature.
- For 4 to 5 days, shake the jar 3 times a day.
- Once the drink develops a good layer of foam on top, it's ready to be filtered.
- Filter the liquid into a bottle that closes, then leave it at room temperature for 12 hours to allow it to become sparkling.
