Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pineapple peel
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 cups mineral water

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped pineapple peel, brown sugar, cinnamon stick, and cloves in a large jar.
  2. Pour in the mineral water, then seal the jar tightly.
  3. Shake the jar to mix the ingredients well, then leave it at room temperature.
  4. For 4 to 5 days, shake the jar 3 times a day.
  5. Once the drink develops a good layer of foam on top, it's ready to be filtered.
  6. Filter the liquid into a bottle that closes, then leave it at room temperature for 12 hours to allow it to become sparkling.
