Ingredients

  • 2 oz 100 proof bourbon (or rye)
  • 3/4 oz orgeat syrup
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1 bar spoon allspice liqueur
  • 2 dashes Tiki bitters
  • Garnish: fresh or dried pineapple slices, mint leaves, 1 or 2 cherries

Instructions

  1. Combine the bourbon, orgeat syrup, allspice liqueur, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and Tiki bitters in a mixing tin.
  2. Fill the tin with ice and shake for 10-12 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass or over ice in a rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with pineapple slices and mint leaves.
  5. Add cherries for an extra pop of color and flavor.
