  • 1.50 oz brandy
  • 6 oz hot chocolate
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Boil water and pour it into the glass to pre-heat.
  2. Prepare hot chocolate.
  3. Whip the cream until it is light and fluffy.
  4. Pour the hot water out of the glass.
  5. Add brandy and top up with hot chocolate, leaving some space in the glass for the cream.
  6. Stir gently.
  7. Carefully pour the whipped cream on top.
  8. Garnish with grated chocolate.
