Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold coffee
  • 2 oz prepared eggnog
  • 2 tbsp frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 oz rum (optional)
  • whipped cream (optional)
  • freshly grated nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the cold coffee, eggnog and thawed whipped topping until smooth.
  2. Add rum and stir until well blended.
  3. Chill the mixture before serving.
  4. To serve, garnish each cup with whipped cream and a sprinkle of grated nutmeg, if desired.
