Ingredients

  • 2 oz. vodka (or gin)
  • 3/4 oz. lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. aquafaba
  • 3/4 oz. strawberry rose syrup
  • WOW dreamberry (tm) slice, for garnish
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. dried edible rose petals
  • 1/2 cup WOW dreamberry (tm) strawberries, halved

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine water, sugar, rose petals, and WOW dreamberry strawberries.
  2. Bring to a boil to dissolve the sugar, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain and cool the rose syrup until ready to use.
  4. Pour the strawberry rose syrup into the bottom of a rocks glass.
  5. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add vodka (or gin), lemon juice, and aquafaba.
  6. Shake vigorously until well combined and frothy (at least 30 seconds).
  7. Strain and pour over the back of a spoon into the rocks glass.
  8. Garnish with a WOW™ dreamberry™ slice and enjoy.
